However, Mercedes-Benz withdrew from racing after a tragic accident at the 1955 Le Mans, leaving only two of them in the world.

This sale, hosted by RM Sotheby’s in 2022, was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, given the car’s scarcity and history. This car looks amazing and also reminds me a lot of James Bond.
